At 818 Labs, we strive to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered reliably.

Order Processing

All orders placed before 1PM PST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Domestic (US): 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)

Shipping Rates

• FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $250
• Standard domestic shipping: calculated at checkout based on location
• Expedited and international rates calculated at checkout

Packaging

All orders are discreetly packaged in plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding. Products are shipped with appropriate insulation and cold packs when required to maintain compound integrity.

Shipping Delays

Please note, 818 Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections or import processing
• Courier issues or disruptions
• Weather or natural disasters
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@818labs.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
